Do all recipes have videos? Can I print recipes?

Each recipe has an accompanying video that is easy to follow so you see exactly how to make each dish. You can print the recipes.

Do recipes use exclusively dried and canned ingredients?

No. We feature many staple ingredients that can be purchased anywhere. Canned foods, bottles sauces, whole grains, baking staples such as cornmeal, flour, oats, wheat but also include wild game, fresh aromatic ingredients like onions, garlic, and herbs. The idea is to use fresh foods available from your garden or locally plus long-term ingredients too. This stretches your food budget and provides more diversity of menu ideas and keeps the dishes tasting fresh.

Do you stand behind the membership with a money-back guarantee?

Each recipe is created by Chef Keith Snow, a published cookbook author, and recipe developer. Our recipes are tested by children of various ages as well and picky adults. The recipes use easily obtained ingredients and simple techniques that are clearly demonstrated by video. Most recipes use a combination of pantry staples and fresh foods that can be obtained anywhere making them very versatile with a pleasing texture, aroma, and most importantly taste!
